As a huge fan of these two characters, I actually heartily agree with this. Something that keeps with their nature, gives them a little backstory, and still ends up with them being 'them' is A+.

They are certainly a fun palette to play with, and this manip was fun to do. However, I'm afraid that I don't share your reverence for their relationship. Sure, it's cute, and sweet, and d'awwww... which is what makes it that much hotter to mess with. The idea of their relationship being the spiteful construct of a liberally-minded hypnotist appealed to me today. We'll see what muse takes me when XXIII graces us with his next installment of their art.

The entire letter was essentially written (directly, indirectly, or very indirectly) by the hypnotist, so the whole thing is a time-consuming, sexy, and convoluted middle finger to the Tower Church Youth Organization.

This manip is hilarious.
