Not my thing content wise, but looks fine as far as I can tell in regards to quality.. not sure why anyone would deem this worthy of a flag.

No need to get so defensive. It just said the image was poor quality, not the actual drawing itself.

I mean, I kind of agree. I don't have a sharp eye for photographs, but even I'm bothered by how pixellated this is. And I'm assuming that blinding light isn't for effect.

The drawing is fine. The image as a whole looks like it was a photo taken from a cell phone camera circa 2005.

Even if scanning ain't an option, gotta consider proper lighting when taking the photo I'd argue.
