Since the story that goes with this is locked behind an account wall on FurAffinity (and is fairly short), I'm going to copy it here:

Valtz had heard rumours about a new gym that is enslaving everyone while making them anthro and extremely buff. Annoyed that someone else is stealing away any potential slaves from him he heads to the gym to teach whoever was in charge a lesson.

When he arrived outside the gym he saw two incredibly muscled Pokemon a Blaziken and Lopunny, flexing and puffing on cigars. As he passed by them Valtz could have sworn he seen the two before somewhere despite it being the first time he saw Pokemon as buff as that.

He entered the gym and was welcomed by a muscle-bound Charizard. Not wanting to waste time Valtz demand to see who is in charge. The Fire-type grinned and showed him to owners office. Valtz tried his best to ignore the fact many of the males were giving him sexy looks.

Inside the office Valtz laid eyes upon the owner of the Mass Muscle Gym a shiny Machamp. He was sitting behind his desk, cigar in his mouth and one of his four arms hidden behind the desk. Valtz immediately began to try and negotiate with the Machamp in an attempt to lull him into a false sense of trust. He had no idea the Charizard was sneaky up behind him, an orange Muscle Band in his hand.

Before he even had the chance to notice anything was amiss, the Fire-Type strapped the band over Valtzs right arm. It wasnt the usual Muscle Band; this one was specially modified to ensnare and rework the wearers mind. Machamp had heard about Valtz and was well aware he was a fellow hypnotist. He also knew he had been hypnotized a few times in the past but always found a way to snap free from it.

The Meowths head was instantly filled with the uncontrollable urge to lift weights and train to become strong...and sexy.

Within the hour Valtz was now an anthro and very buff Meowth, flexing his newly acquired biceps for everyone to see and admire. His eyes were swirling orange and yellow and there were remnants of his now-ripped tuxedo left on his shoulders. He wore tiny red speedo which were being pushed out by his huge cock as he found himself being aroused by his gay admirers.

Valtz was now a member and property of Mass Muscle Gym.
