I have one more standalone image, and then a series of four images left to upload, so look forward to those if you've been enjoying these.

At first I thought that was a bee stinger.

My first thought was wasp, since I think they lay their eggs in spiders

The transformation theme you have going on is certainly quite interesting, but its a shame we don't get to see what any of these girls do afterwards.
Hard to fit much story into one caption; luckily, I'll be uploading a series of four of them soon which will answer that question as to what happens after the transformation.
Mind you, said series is unrelated to any of the images I've posted thus far.

Sorry.
You don't have to be allergic to die from a black widow bite. In fact, surviving a black widow bite at the age of 3, regardless of who you are, is fucking amazing. Now, most tarantulas are that way. You /do/ have to be allergic to be killed by a tarantula, in the case of most species.

Miyuki had always been afraid of spiders. Ever since she could remember, she'd scream at the mere sight of them. And it wasn't just because she hated the way they crept and crawled aboutthough that certainly was a factor. She was deathly allergic to them. She had nearly died from a black widow bite at the age of three, and ever since, she avoided any sort of spider-like the plague, assuming she didn't freeze up at the mere sight of them. And as she got older, her fears only got worse, to the point that she began to hyperventilate whenever she saw one... Her family tried taking her to see a psychiatrist, but even after graduating high school, her fears only continued to grow. Then, one night, she saw a shooting star, and as tradition had it, she made a wish: "I wish I was no longer afraid of spiders."
That night, as Miyuki was about to sleep, she felt a strange sensation in her body; she wanted to scream but found she couldn't as a silky substance began to rush up from her mouth and cover every inch of her body in an impenetrable cocoon. When she awoke the next morning, she shattered the cocoon with inhuman strength and stepped forward into her new life. She walked to the nearest mirror and stared at herself for a moment. She knew Miyuki would have been afraid, but Miyuki didn't exist anymore. Miyuki was a weak, feeble creature, and she refused to ever return to such a life.
"Kumohime..." she whispered as she decided on her new name. "From now on, I am Kumohime... And I will know no fear, for all will fear me..."
With that, the spider prepared her web to hunt...
