Artist intent doesn't mean much in this case. I mean, if I draw someone who looks nothing like Princess Peach, but say it's Princess Peach, should it still get tagged as such? The artist may say this is Zelda, but it looks nothing like Zelda. So would people looking for Zelda pics want to find this?

I dunno... looks like a fair interpretation of Zelda to me, given the different style/medium and all, and the artist's intent does carry *some* weight... just look at all the other pictures on the hub where the subject could have only be positively identified by the artist and/or commissioner (there'd hardly a shortage of those).
