Well, other than everything being blurry and black-haired girls eyebrows looking ms-painty, it's quite good now.

You might want to start editing it in gimp rather than paint.

Also, I'm sorry to say it, but... in most cases added makeup doesn't work well.

That is sadly... not true. Uncanny valleish, maybe. But in no way more realistic.

A. Ok so you provide a single example where makeup is applied, yet it happens to be an illustration instead of... Ya know, a manip.
B. You just throw the link to the post at us, yet don't actually explain how "adding makeup makes the subject look more realistic." If the reason being is for like fuller cheeks + lips, smearing solid red paint on her lips was clearly not the right way to go about it originally...
