I usually don't like therapy, but this one is actually looking promising~

A little context behind the pic.

This pic is based off the endings of Edna and Harvey:The Breakout. The game is about Edna trying to escape from the insane asylum because Doctor Marcel who runs the asylum is trying to erase all her memories and brainwash her. So as you can guess, this picture depicts what might have happened to Edna after being successful brainwashed by Dr. Marcell.

After reading the plot on Wikipedia, I think the "Do what the doctor says" option is better considering that's what her father wanted and she was the one who killed that kid. Also everyone comes out... mostly okay. Not to mention that bunny looks unsettling anyways. Not creepy or scary in any ways, but it just doesn't look right.

But if Persona 4, Ace Attorney and Tales of the Abyss taught me anything it's get to know the characters and let them develop before passing judgement.

Thaaaaaaaaaaats not what Marcell was gonna do with Edna. This set up you have going on would fit much better in the sequel, Harvey's New Eyes, since he used his hypnosis in an attempt to make Lillie the "perfect girl", and almost succeeded.

I just saw walkthroughs of this game and, yes that's EXACTLY what he wanted. Edna's father wanted the Doctor to take care of Edna and he wanted to make Enda a blank slate so she can have a new life without remembering she killed Alfred and that he can honor her father's wishes. And he DID succeed only for it to be undone by Harvey every single time.

*shrugs* Maybe I'm misremembering than. Still think this specific scenario would work with Lillie better

So you saw a walkthrough of the game. Did you enjoy it? I personally really enjoy the game, especially it's humor and dialogue.

The sequel's really good, but I don't think it's quite as good as the original for a few minor issues.

It's a good game for what it is. Personally think the animation could use some work and as far as point and clicks go, I think i'll stick with Monkey Island or The Walking Dead (Or hell ANY LucasArts or Telltale game). But Edna & Harvey? Not bad, not bad at all.

The Edna and Harvey games are made by a German guy...I think it's one guy. He goes under the lable "Daedalic" The art is a bit rough around the edges, but it should be noted that the first Edna and Harvey is one of his oldest games. He has another series he is most known for, Deponia. It has four games (it was originally meant as a trilogy but so many people wanted a happier ending than the third one gave that he made the fourth, specifically to show how his characters all got the endings they deserved) and they're all pretty good.

Yeah, admittedly the art style and animation could use some more work. Though I forgive it easily considering how it started off as Poki's ambitious graduation thesis.

There's even a fun scene in the game where the creator appears in group therapy after making this game drives him nuts.
