It's wishful thinking on my part, but I really hope she doesn't break free from the parasite's control so she can continue to wear that delicious expression for the rest of her days~
I'm afraid with how things are going it won't last for more than one or two episodes... Unless something unexpected happens, and Arc-V for all it's problems is good at throwing curveballs at the viewer.
When the MC thing started I didn't think it would last more than two or three episodes and that the girls would be snapped out of it by being defeated in a duel, and look what happened. But still, I'm assuming the worst case scenario so I don't get crazy expectations.

Judging by the preview for this Sunday's episode, she and the other Bracelet Girls aren't being controlled anymore. Still, we got some good scenes out of it.
