To be fair Vivian is only a man in the Japanese version, it says nothing about gender in the English version... except, don't quote me on this but I believe in the English version the old one with the blue hat calls them her "sisters" this would most likely mean that she is a girl... or at least wants to be called a girl if she didn't object to it.

Haha, believe me, I know about the shenanigans going on with Vivian's gender. In this pic, she was visibly female, so I just went with it. I'm actually working on a manip right now where she's decidedly more endowed.

She is a Male-to-Female transgender in most iterations of the game. Possibly even the English version, though attention isn't drawn to it.
