I don't get the haigure thing can someone explain it to me? I like girls in swimsuits though. I can't go to beaches for this reason.

A lot of people don't, or even if they do "get it" they don't actually *like* it, so you're not alone there.

To answer your question it's sort of a "mind control meme" where a girl in a leotard depicted in that specific bow-limbed pose is assumed to be under some sort of mental compulsion, even if there's no actual hypnotism or mind control shown.

It originally came from an episode of Crayon Shin-Chan, where a leotard-clad villain zapped people into this leotard that forced them to do the pose and phrase and corrupted them into his evil servants.

This is, mind you, in a stupid-silly comedy show with a...shall we say, intentionally rough art style? So it's not like it's a treasure trove of great hentai or anything, but it struck a chord with folks.
