I found this gem in my harddrive. I don't know if it's from an actual visual novel or just good editing, if it is a visual novel, someone please tell me!... And tag it. It could be one since I remember seeing more of these kinds of pics, but I forgot where -w-

It looks like it's from the Koihime series. Though I may be wrong.

The Charatcer is Aisha (Kan'u) from Koihime Musou.

The Background is from the VN for Koihime, the Haigure is not and is an edit.

That's what I thought. I only ever saw the anime aand couldn't recall her name.
