Floor buffer is referring the random glossiness on her and in previous images he had not used any capitalization at all.

The shoulders STILL bug me as they're way too high and pointy.

Although, the glossiness is referring to a light source to her right, that's clearly visible..

The shoulders are this high since there should be arms going beneath them, he just decided to only draw the hands, so it works out after all.
