It's from the first Silent Hill game, when Cybil becomes the puppet of some demonic parasite latched onto her back, which turns her eyes red.

Thankfully the possession didn't last long, lest she turn into a freaky hunchback.

I hate to both be an elitist and to potentially derail this, but you really got some of the worst of the franchise.
If you can get access to a rom or whatever of the first SH game I would highly recommend it. Granted, the graphics and gameplay are terribly dated by today's standards, but as a horror game it is light years beyond Origins. 2 and 3 are also amazing in their own ways, and 4 is an iffy one because it is interesting and effective horror, but the gameplay and pacing also gets too bad to really recommend to everyone.

Well, to be fair, the first Silent Hill movie wasn't AWFUL, but it is a lot worse than the games. SH2 is still the pinnacle of survival horror, and SH1 hasn't aged well, but is still great. 3 has its problems, but is great despite them. 4 is... an odd duck, but not as bad as the initial reaction from fans would lead you to believe. It still doesn't hold up as well as the others, but it's got some good moments and is overall effective.

Origins, Downpour, and Homecoming are garbage fires. Shattered Memories is OK, but the twist makes it worth it along with the fact that it's a fairly short game and doesn't overstay its welcome. And I personally know nothing about Book of Memories, so I can't chime in there.

Side note: Silent Hill porn is a concept that makes me uncomfortable to my very core. Well done. I thought I was fairly unshakable in my ability to shrug off the internet's crazy stuff, but I had repressed that whole phenomenon.

Just for the record Harry Mason is my favorite game protagonist ever. The perfect dad who literally went to hell to save his little girl. It's always great to be reminded of his game.
