Not sure what show you were watching, but it's very clearly "Wo". Maybe it's one of those weird Japanese kanji where it would be spelt one way but pronounced differently. But when spoke it's "Toki wo Tomare"

TOCI ZO AUTISMO
As someone on the autism spectrum I consider this insulting.

Hell, I'm not even autistic, and I was going to say the same thing about an hour ago, honestly.
I would have stated that I think it's absolutely stupid and disgustingly idiotic, personally, and has always been a HUGE pet peeve of mine just as someone with at least 3 close friends who ARE autistic, and everytime I see someone grossly misuse and mis-attribute autism in such an infuriatingly ignorant and inaccurate way for the millionth goddamn time on the internet, it legit pisses me off in exactly the same way a racist or ethnic slur being casually thrown around in an equally stupid way does.
But.... y'know..... I didn't wanna get labeled as some kind of "liberal SJW" around here for the second time just for expressing some form of moderately annoyed disapproval about common decency from a thoughtless offhand comment.
Not until at least ONE other person said something, as well, anyway.
But seriously stop using "autism" in such a stupid and wrong-headdedly insulting context. I'm looking at not just you, but everyone. So goddamn sick of seeing it everywhere.

^^ Assuming this is an actual panel from the manga, it's "Toki yo tomare." Though spoken aloud, "toki yo" and "toki wo" would sound nearly identical, because particle "wo" (を) is pronounced the same as "o" (お).
Also, "wo" does not work grammatically in this instance, as explained here: highdio.tumblr.com/post/1...toki-wo-tomare-or-toki-yo

No, it is "yo". "Toki wo tomare" is basically nonsense that roughly translates as "To be able to stop time..." whereas "Toki yo, tomare" means "Time, stop" - as in, addressing time (as if addressing a person) and commanding it to stop.
