I think the tag "Breasts Outside" automatically implies "Open Clothes". So, to satisfy the system, I'm more than willing to consider a coil cocoon as clothing (though I always thought of it as more of a bed before, especially when done horizontally from ankle to neck and suspended like a hammock, this works too). Just don't let any sudden jolts affect her Kaa! Not once have we ever seen them wake up without outside interference in the movies, so she'll stay under forever if you just avoid those, waking up just as entranced every morning, without it weakening with time (as that doesn't happen). After all, our poor, helpless human girl needs a big, strong, caring python to protect her from all the monsters who want her SOUL!

Exactly! Kaa has to protect her forever, no matter what happens, she will never leave those coils, Frisk doesn't need more than a lovely python to protect her and take care of her. But I think that if she wants to be protected by Kaa, she needs to pay in some way, she'll be protected by those coils but also... Frisk will become the perfect mate for Kaa, just look at her, those boobs, her face, and probably all her naked body in those coils, she's perfect for him.
