Well the artist has seem to have done a bit of hypnosis art before and blank shrunken iris' can be an indicator of hypnosis.

I suddenly remember that Manta Ray bad guy from the cartoon series who could send people dark via sight and prescence.

Beaten by singing and good feelings. Kept turning up, though.

I want more like this. This art style is amazing and is very muh enhanced with ariel. Maybe more like this but with other princesses?
