My Master has been craving Chisa and I know she's also a fan favourite - plus I adore her, too - so win/win?

With the idea placed in my head by them, I went ahead and worked my best to try to improve and have this idea "come to life". :3

Description given by my Master:
Chisa has always been...an eccentric leader. But ever since that day before the tragedy, she's been a little...strange. Especially now as the head of the 5th Division, the division tasked with investigating Despair. What exactly does her division investigate, and how?
Does anyone who joins her division, come out the same? Would they want to~?

***Ah-aah! I'm wondering. When there are animations like this, is there a preference to also post at least one still image of it due to file size? Or does it usually not matter? I don't want to flood the hub, even if it's just for one or two stills and one animation, if it's not wanted/necessary.
