Sometimes I forget barb-e is a character from my favorite game and not a Yuu-chan OC. Like that character is hers now.

Well, she's a random encounter in only one area of the entire game-one you can't return to ever again. And never shows up in a palette-swap version either, unlike with the FF7 trio of Snow, Jemzemney, and Pollensalta. It's not a surprise she doesn't see much use.
