Honestly even with Fire Emblem context I have no clue where the giant bottle of milk came from other than the whole cow thing.

Hey, Sorry I never saw this. If you still wanna know, it's supposed to be one of those surreal metaphorical covers showing what happens in the story in a roundabout way. I thought it would make a sexy picture for the cover and to show with the text for the earlier stages of the story before anything sexy happens.
