I'm a fan of dicknotized, myself.
Can we please change hypnotic_penis to cocknosis now? Because I feel the latter is a lot better.
Spoilered due to getting a bit long:
Both have more of a ring to them than hypnotic_penis, but the latter follows a pattern with similar tags denoting hypnotic focii (hypnotic_audio, hypnotic_music, hypnotic_eyes, hypnotic_accessory, etc). Therefore, no matter how awesome dicknotized is, my nonexistent vote is that it'd be more intuitive for someone searching for this sort of thing (assuming no familiarity with the tag's name beforehand) if it stuck to that pattern.
It goes against my obscene (in more ways than one, in this case) love of puns to say anything against dicknotized, but I'm a librarian—cataloging (which relies hugely on tagging) and human search behaviors are a huge part of my job. I even took classes on both subjects while I was getting my MLIS!

That being said, the hypnotic_penis is specific enough that people are less likely to seek it out on its own without having encountered it via a pic on this site, than they are to discover it—and therefore the tag—through a pic like this one, so changing it wouldn't cause many issues, but there's always a chance the former will happen.
