The fandom is full of fic about Marinette or Adrien being Akumatized. The design used for Adrien in this pic seems to be a take on the fandom's favorite idea for his Akumatized form, 'Chat Blanc'. I've seen a bunch of ideas floated for Marinette (although one somewhat popular take is a mariOnette inspired form, which I like because PUNS). I really do like this take on them!
