Could you also maybe layer the skull or something? It looks sort of like face-paint as it is. Looks pretty decent now though. Also did she hack herself?

sort of, the lore-ish bit is that los muertos hacked her (los muertos being a gang in the overwatch world), but yeah, I am gonna fix it up but leave this version up for now.
