Every 2 of 3 scenes she appears, she has spiral eyes for different reasons, but never because hypnosis, and the first time the anime uses actual pheromones she's immune to them for some random reason, I just don't get it, I want hypnotized Kon with spiral eyes, they really missed a chance here.

This scene is still great though.

The silver haired girl, Chiya, is basically a feral child and she has plenty of animal traits, including releasing powerful pheromones when exposed to alcohol that work even on the same sex. It helps that the town is a women only town.
