Cause it’s also not tagged as Consensual? It’s vague enough that you can argue about two interpretations. The first is that the hypnosis was just to make her realize she was shitty and she then asked or was offered help by the hypnotist. The alternative is the hypnotist didn’t give her a choice and simply decided to make their thrall into a better person.
If it was the former I would agree that the wholesome tag would have some merit, but since we don’t know one way or the other…

likewise, you could turn a nasty mean, almost evil person into a saint. the didnt consent to it, but its wholesome because they became a better person.
