If we're going to be brutally honest, Lucio's now the best character to play as, after the buffs they gave him.

As for Tank class characters, Orisa, a.k.a.: Fembot Tank-class Lucio, is the best pick because of her ability to do amazing lightshows with Lucios wallriding around that one perfectly circular room. (RageGaming has done a video showing this off.)

Look, I'll keep playing Mariachi Reaper the moment the novelty wears off. Which it never will.

D. Va's easily my second though. And certainly my first choice of the female cast. (Until they add a redhead and I immediately jump to them.)

He's actually getting a damage buff now (and a 33% self healing nerf). Also his wallride is getting nerfed.
