Snakes, Fluttershy, and mind control? All my favorite things in one image .3.

I was originally gonna have a small story with this (I’ll probably do one for the next image I make), but I’m gonna just leave it as is, to leave the person behind the mind control ambiguous. Feel free to make your own stories yourself, and maybe share them in the comments. I’d love to see your interpretations ^^

If I may criticize, it feels like nothing in the pic works together. It just seems like a bunch of ideas were put into a hat and drawn at random. Like, the result of this draw was "anthro Fluttershy, snake, pocket watch, and heart eyes". If the snake weren't there, I think it'd be fine, but to have the snake there, but playing no role in the hypnosis at all just feels... weird.

It's funny. When I had it on Derpibooru, my comment section was nothing but a debate of whether the picture needed a hypnosis tag or a mind control tag. Yet when I post it here, the first comment I get is a legit criticism.

You do make a good point. My original idea for this was that Fluttershy is being mind controlled into letting the snake coil around her. I likely could've showed this better if I made a few "before-the-fact" images or an animation of this part rather than just this image. I'll keep it in mind for next time :)

My thing is that the snake looks soo textured it clashes with flutershy, like the models are vastly different art styles...

love the heart eyes though.

I thought it works great honestly. I like the redundancy in the hypnosis, where snakes are already a hypno trope and so is the watch. It makes her look more helpless and needy, plus it's a nice change from the eye-to-eye snake hypno that's commonly drawn.
