Someone didn't watch to the end of the gif... It's heavily implied the repeated slime insertions are indeed brainwashing her.
I don't know if this version of the gif is in any way altered or not, the timing on the eyes going black is...kinda' odd, but I'm gonna have to go a little Occam's razor here and suggest she's passing out or possibly outright dying from what's being done to her, rather than it being an indication of any sort of mind control. :/

When I am actually doing a manip, I am tagging myself. So, nope, it's not a manip. Honestly, there can be a problem on my side, because my understanding about 'hypnosis' or 'mind control' is pretty... loose. In my head, for example, tag 'broken rape victim' basically equal to 'mind wipe' or something like that, because is some sense it is manipulations with other's mind. Breaking, erasing, fucking silly...
