So, I found out that there's a sequel program to 3D Custom Girl. Decided to give it a try.

Never did 3D anything before, I spent way more time than I should have getting limbs and/or skirts to not twist in weird ways. Hopefully I succeeded!

Don't like cell-shading and 3D much (as it stands now), but your scene composition focuses on the act and characters in an utterly sexy way.
