Since I know it will come up, yes, this is hypnosis; taken from the artist's description: "Angela Ziegler has became a powerful demoness (nanosuit and body implants, nothing magical actually), whose breasts produce milk with strong enslaving ability. This milk is used as a drug - the perfect mindbreaker, which makes its consumer turned into the submissive slave with a strong addiction to this "cursed" milk. On a personal note, I'm not fond of shooters, but this image so badly makes me want to see Mercy come to Heroes of the Storm and bring this skin with her...
