These seem to be redesigns of Sonia and Manik from the Archie comics (rip ;-;7) who are, confusingly, entirely different characters from the Sonia and Manic in Sonic Underground :p
What a convoluted mess Sonic continuity can be.

Yes, these are redesigns of Sonia and Manik who are the children of Sally and Sonic, actually designed by Chaos Croc, though the art is by Skinbark. And the commission is mine. And awesome. :3
