Long story short she can shoot beams of magic that transform anyone they hit. The most common one will turn anyone it hits into a super hot girl. In the case of anyone who is already female it makes their hair grow longer and makes their breast larger.

As per the comic, she has a V5 Transformation Gun beam that she can shoot from her hand. The V5 beam makes the target female, approximately 4% shorter (I think), have longer hair, increased libido (slightly), larger-than-normal breasts, and attracted (and attractive) to males and females, regardless of original orientation (on either part)

She also has a "Copy Beam" which allows her to take on the form of anyone targeted, but I think its the V5 beam
