For whatever reason prolapse is weirdly common in BnHA doujins (the hetero ones, anyway). It's happened to Tsuyu in two different ones and a third recently did it to Mina Ashido. It's strange, but I don't really mind it. Since it isn't nearly as big a boner killer as the destruction of Shinsou's character, but that is neither here nor there.
