Oh well, I myself am not a fan of crossdressing, but this was a request from a friend, and since he provided me this pic and I thought "eh, this guy does look more girl-ish that other stuff I see" I decided to please my friend and make it. Those clothes reminds me of senketsu from Kill la Kill, same color scheme, not to mention that the ribbon makes it look like it has one eye, simular to senketsu. The nail in the coffin is how skimpy it looks in this picture.
