This is from Magic: The Gathering. It is the art for Crossway Vampires. I loved the flavor text:

Vampirism isn't a magic "tribe"; it's a supernatural, physiological condition. It's no more a tribe than cancer patients or diabetes victims are tribes.

In mtg, a deck that is built around synergy between cards of the same creature type is known as a tribal deck, the term coming from Lorwyn’s “tribal” cards...mostly...sorta...Timespiral doesn’t count okay?
