I suppose it depends on a lot of factors - how smart the guy is, how scared danny is

if the evidence is damning enough, and the bully sent copies to others who would release the evidence if anything happened to him [like is suggested here: hypnohub.net/post/show/44...-danny_fenton-danny_phant ]
danny might also sufficiently fear what would happen to him if word got out about him - he might have to be constantly on the run or else be experimented upon by the government or individuals, or if not him, his family and friends... assuming his family of ghost hunters don't go after him themselves
this breaks down a bit when he is effectively participating in the rapes of everyone he knows, but perhaps it was done in a snowballing manner: promise him that it'd just be one party, maybe some light groping.... maybe they get him drunk, or just keep applying blackmail pressure... and then they get evidence of that, and can now either compromise him more, or the person he was possessing - imagine how paulina's life might go if an org sex tape was released, clearly showing her, and she had no memory of it.... maybe DAnny thinks it's at least controlled, or that he's just in too deep now
