First attempt at spiral eyes.
Probably better off adding even more frames, but I think my first attempt was alright.

Adding more frames would smooth out the animation, it's currently running at 8fps, for an animation like this I usually prefer it running at 12 or 24fps (though when I do 24fps I often animate on 2s anyway).

The issue with animation here isn't the framerate though. The spirals are jittering around throughout the animation. I recommend using a mark or crosshair as a guide when rotating the spiral and have the center tip of the spiral always on that crosshair. After the animation is done you can delete the crosshair.

Also her eye direction is off. The spiral in her right eye (our left) is too far to the left, giving her a bit of a crosseyed look.

Not bad for a first attempt. Keep at it.
