if you've never seen the shows her brother Lelouch has the Geass where he can order anyone to do anything he wants, one example is his best friend who's fighting just so he could die, during an encounter he geasses him with the simple order live. So now every time he's in life threatening situations that geass comes back up and makes him pull the craziest stuff to not die
To be fair, Nunnally does have a Geass in the Spin-Off Manga "Nightmare of Nunnally" which allows her the power of Absolute Insight. She can see every possible outcome of a specific event she's thinking about, and decide which one she can act upon, effectively picking and choosing what the Future will be. She's also able to manifest a Nightmare Frame around herself, called the "Mark Nemo"

Each geass was different though. C.C.'s made everyone fall in love with her, Mao's allowed him to read thoughts, and Charles' allowed him to rewrite a person's memories.
