Yo, so, real talk, I don't get the hate for Pearl? I've been playing splatoon 2 for a while now, and, I like them both, right? Pearl is definitely the 'Crazy Diva Goofball' of the two, which is cute. I don't get the hate. Or why people think she's evil. I am confused.

She's not all that conventionally attractive.

The only thing I have against her is that she likes mayo. Otherwise I really like Pearl as a counterpoint to Marina, as I like Marina as a counterpoint to Pearl. They make a great duo and frankly, both of their designs are fun. :)

Mayo, however, is terrible.

Going back to your description of Pearl, though, Inklings as a whole seem to be very diva-esque and less-than-heroic, so it's interesting to see how Pearl displaying behavior in line with those traits is perceived a bit more severely by the fandom than with the rest of Inkling-kind (if that makes any sense?).

I would also like to point out that Pearl is an awesome rapper. That should never be forgotten. XD

Why is HypnoHub the ONLY site with a preference for Pearl? I just want to see a brainwashed Marina already, dammit. She's outnumbered like 5 to 1

Hey man, I just post what I find. Pearl just happens to have more of this than Marina for whatever reason. If it really means so much to you, go make a request to an artist or something.
