I've seen the anime, basara obviously has a dark secret about having a sister and having a very close physical relationship with her or mio herself has a fantasy about it otherwise i don't get why they still call each other siblings.

More like she was adopted into the family ep1. Dad said 'I met a wonderful woman and she is going to be your new mother. She has 2 girls.'. But there was no woman. It was nothing more than fake memories implanted into him.

Love the anime, and I'm surprised I haven't seen more regarding it.
