Sombre is a freelancer basically. She is working for Talon because they are writing the checks, but she has her own agenda

hurray for face-turn inducing brainwashing! or in this case would it be deprogramming?

though the question remains. would she be shattered by the guilt of her actions as widowmaker, or would she be galvanized into rejoining overwatch?

Or shattered, and then convinced by Tracer to redeem herself by rejoining Overwatch.

I seem to recall Sombra got forced into Talon because she was digging in conspiracy theories and learned too much, but even if that's the real reason it's not like she's loyal to them

The infiltration animation shows that sombra has no alliegence toward talon. Her back story also shows that she stumbled across some kind of secret society while she was hacking, so her motivations are apparently centered around that.
