Not really into possession but If I was I'd say 2

I think most people in the Hub are fans of 2.
Anyway my favourite in order would be:
2>1>3>4
If 3 means that you turn the victims mind "on and off". But if 3 and 4 are the same exept that you have the victims memorys in 4, I would chose 2>1>4>3
