I'm not gonna question whether or not this is actual hypnosis content or not, because I really love this drawing, either way, so i'm just gonna convince myself that it is, because I LOVE this.
I would adore having a confused, semi-mind-blanked, Princess Peach just wandering around all helpless and passive and cute like this, as she just attempts to think with a fogged mind and use basic intelligence to figure out what everything around her is with an innocent, amnesiac, daze.
In a way, this reminds me of something like that, and in a way, I think that would make for a pretty good fetish on it's own. Like, just a gentle, dumb Peach that confusedly acts like a shy animal, that I have to take care of, dote over, protect, do everything for and of course... hug a lot. heh.

Its entirely possible it happened on the original paper Mario and I am not remembering it.

As far as Mario games go, in Paper Mario TTYD, she was possessed by the Shadow Queen. And in Super Paper Mario, while she shows a fair amount of resistance, she is hypnotized into saying "I do" by Nastasia.
