Here's the thing. You probably noticed that one 'blue' phrase near her head is unclear and fuzzy, right? It means that this command is kinda broken and don't affect her anymore.

At the previous version of this pic I left the comment... And kinda forgot to double it here.

just putting this in here, but I, even with what T323 said earlier, I still don't understand how this is femsub, could someone explain in more detail, like say, background, if they know it, or something else?

I realize this is way too late, but short answer? The blue text hovering around her is previous compulsions from a botched or broken mind control attempt by the current POV victim she's talking to, so now she's partially broken loose. If they ever had her under their complete control, they don't anymore, leaving only the commands/compulsions implanted.

However, as T323 says, one of the commands is nonfunctional- the most faded out one, "You belong to me". Without it, she only "needs [her mind controller]" and "only [her mind controller] can give her this pleasure". Which leads to very controlling behavior that is still fixated on her victim, but perfectly content to hollow out their mind and use the slave that results.
