Wait. I don't watch One Piece, but one thing I *do* know is that if you eat one of the Cursed Fruits, you basically drown in a cup of water. This man is so dedicated to fucking Nami he's willing to die to do so.

Fresh water is ok, it's seawater that fucks em up. But it would be funnier if he was that dedicated lol

It's if you are submerged past your knees you lose your strength, you don't actually drown if you can keep yourself afloat.

Yup. Even freshwater is bad, but conversely you can be in the ocean as long as it's not up past your knees or so.
