From artist: So rip had this really weird idea about a goo girl made of vodka, and I had the idea that drinking her would turn people into drunk party girls!
Mostly though this was an excuse to try drawing something with multiple characters, as well as translucent/highlight practice. Also the filter and frame are supposed to make it look like a polaroid or an instagram filter someone'd put over a photo snapped in a club.
