No, this was from a fangame. One of the levels is a sidescrolling shooter, and there are mermaid enemies who sing to your character and hypnotize them to masturbate.

I think i'd played that game
isn't the plot for that is a gas was released that made everyone horny and you were the only one not effected s you had to stop the gas?

I think that is it... Unless... does Zeena have any hypnotic powers when you face her in the boss battle? I haven't made it that far yet. (They really need to fix that raft glitch.)
