Artist is this guy: www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=68251. Not changing the artist here as I'm not going to try to amateurishly romanize that name. Sadly, the image has been deleted from Pixiv. (it was www.pixiv.net/member_illu...um&illust_id=23892239 according to SauceNao.) I've followed the artist for years; MC/brainwash is kind of secondary for them, but this isn't their only relevant image/series.
