I mean, it's a joke that stems from "there are only 2 genders" as a response to people identifying as whatever new term they could seemingly come up with.
Either way I don't think the comments is the place to bring it up, especially not in non-neutral terms. You could just call it a joke, instead of transphobic

I think the reference is completely accidental, the artist probably just had a funny image of their head of an entranced villager spitting fruit seeds
but that said you can't really talk about the "identify as an attack helicopter" joke in neutral terms. you could just call it a joke, but that would imply it isn't in some way transphobic. That's like saying Uganda Knuckles doesn't have racist under and overtones.You can find them funny, I laugh too, and I identify as Ugandan attack helicopter, but don't pretend they aren't what they are; transphobic and racist, respectively. it may not need to be said if everyone is already on the same page, but taking issue with it is just trying to bury the problem.

Tl;Dr- it IS transphobic, but its still okay to laugh. just don't pretend its not the former
