Well traditional hypnosis can only remove inhibitions, it can't make you do things that you wouldn't want to do in the first place- its basically alchohol with less hangovers. So she would only fall in love with him if she already had feelings for him if this is traditional hypnosis like it suggests.

You can think that it only works this way if you want to, but you would be surprised what is possible with hypnosis
