The spirals in Mythra's eyes look a bit "bad manip" but it's part of the original, I assure you. Not tagged as MC in Pixiv but with both spiral and heart eyes it's hard to take another read on it.

Um, no it's pretty easy to get a read on it.

Pyra loves Rex, thus the heart eyes.

Mythra's completely out of her depth in romance, thus spirals of confusion/embarrassment.

It's not like these are even rare tropes for christ's sake.
